v11.0.1

Crews bring volunteers, medical, police and other field teams into an event, there's a new event-wide view of every incident and penalty, and your profile can now carry a phone number.

Crews

  • Organisation admins and technical delegates: You can now bring field teams — volunteers, medical, police and others — into an event without each person needing an account. Turn Crews on for your organisation, then switch it on per event and set rules like a minimum age and team size in event setup.
  • Crew members get their own view of the event: their crew, race start times and status, announcements, an on-duty toggle, a crew chat, and reports they can file with photos and their location. A new "Can manage crews" permission lets leaders enrol people by scanning a code and review what they send in.
  • Emergency mode lets a crew member hold a button to share their live location with the organisers until a leader marks them OK.

Officiating

  • Technical officials: A new Incidents screen brings every incident and penalty across the whole event into one place, with a filter by race.
  • You can now log an incident that isn't tied to a race — when you add one, the app asks whether it's race-specific.

Your profile

  • Your profile now takes an optional phone number, and you can tap a person to open their profile overview and call them if they've added a number.

Behind the scenes

  • The app is more stable, and the event map and incident views are smoother and more reliable.
